Why is it illegal for my boss to require his waitresses to go braless?

exactly who were u serving to? adults only? or any everyday restaurant... well in my opinion if it was adults only I wouldn't give a flying **** and not having a bra on wouldn't increase your tip..what increases ur tip is if u were specially nice to me and gave me what I ordered and want pretty much. anywho..and if this was just a plain restaurant, I wouldn't go with my kids and see some women with no bra on with their titties popping out and dressed all funky..oh no!!! so long story short, it just depends on the atmosphere
