What is the name of this book?

It's a book about a girl who gets amnesia but then starts to remember stuff. Instead of telling people she remembers she lives life differently then she did when she had amnesia. Does anyone know what i'm talking about... It's really bugging me not knowing. It's in like a big city i think and i think she got amnesia by getting hit by a car on her bike pr somethingg.
