Why do some report an answer when it was asked for?

I recently answered a question that asked what kind of work WAHM (work at home moms) did. I answered that I had a home business. I did not solicit for recruitment. All I literally said was "I do direct sales with a candle company and sell soaps. I love it!". For some reason someone reported this? I answered the question as asked!!!
