Bleeding during pregnancy?

Ok, so I am a 20 year old mother of one, and recently found out I am expecting number two, I had some pink spotting about a week ago (I'm roughly 5 weeks now from my lmp) then started getting some cramping so I went into the er, and they told me that I had a low HCG level (85) which either ment I was barely pregnant or miscarrying.. so I went back two days later and got retested and it went up to 225 so I took that as a good sign, and on the first visit my cervix was closed and it didn't get checked at the second visit, but for the last 3 days I have had some red blood spotting.. and I'm very scared.. Am I going to miscarry? Has anyone been through anything like this??
