Can Anyone Help Me? I Need Some Tips On...?
For your power issue, try releves. Hold your kitchen counter and do tons each night. It will strengthen your feet and calves which you use to push off the ground. Side leap: Since you have the first leg, focus on the second leg. Developpe your first leg as high as you can and think of hitting the side of your head with the other. Also the key to the sencond leg is your rotation in your hip. Think pinky toe to the back. Fire bird: Think of kicking the ceiling with your back leg but keeping the bottom straight. Calypso: fan your first leg and when it is about half way to the side, lift your second leg into attitude and have a slight arch in your back.
