Do what you feel is right. There is obviously no room for all of you to stay in your small 1 bedroom apartment. If your inlaws want to come, I would suggest them coming for a short visit but they will have to be informed that they would have to stay at a hotel at their expense because you will not have the room. It would probably be better for you to have your mom close to help and since the inlaws irritate you, you won't want them around much to cause any increased stress on you and your family. You could just ask your husband to politely tell his parents that they welcome but will have to stay elsewhere, they should understand given you live in a small place. Even me with a huge house wouldn't want all those people there, personal choice but I didn't want many people around at all... it was a time for me and my husband and our new baby.
