Is my stepmom neglecting us?

she told us that we made a mess in the kitchen 2 weeks ago, & we didnt, and said that we cant cook until we clean it. i showed her the real bowl we used to coo, she knew we were right, so she walked off. today im going back to mymoms, and sh told us we were going out to ewat earlier. well now she change her mind, and is being a ***** about it. i hate how she acts, i h]ate her coking too. and she wont feed us, last time she tried to make a decent meal, she left it on the counter for 3 hours, after NOT telling u s she even cooked, and it was meatloaf, so it was bad by then. shes just a *****! amnd wen we try to tlk boiut issues w/ her she completely changes the subject after she knows were rite. so is she neeglectful, or just a *****?
