I own a HP Photosmart R727 camera. It quit working. It says, Camera experienced error 00000018-4489-957-000?

does it let you go to your menu? and if it does then go to menu rest enter pword (if need one) and click yes but it will delete everything on your camera....or this is what i did. i fount a camera shop they took it and fixed it, gave me it back and i had my pictures and my camera was fine. that happened to me 2 times before.it cost me around 20 dollars.
