I have a friend who has some personality problems?

He is an only child of separated parents. His father is abroad and he is the one supporting him financially. Everything is given to him including his own house but he still feels alone and has tendencies of commiting suicide.He is, I consider, an art idol. He painted Mona Lisa at the age of 14 but he feels so inferior to others and his paintings are full of screaming , crying and suffering people. How do you think can I help him?
