I got a 23 composite score on the ACT. Im in 8th grade. Is that good?

I took the ACT with the Northwestern University Midwest Talent Search (NUMATS) because i scored high on our state test MEAP and I scored a 23 which is average for high schoolers . I was just wondering if anyone knows how that ranks. Thanks.
